		<description>Everyone's so afraid of 'catching it' and see getting sick during cold season as inevitable.  It doesn't have to be!  I suggest doing things that work such as chiropractic care and making sure you have enough vitamins to avoid getting sick altogether.  Washing hands with antibacterial soap is advertised as a good way to avoid germs, a more effective way of combating illness would be from the inside out.</description>
